9-2-3: FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU:
   A.   The Minnesota state fire code and any applicable state statutes or other local codes pertaining to fire and life safety shall be enforced by the city of Baxter building official or designee. (Ord. 2013-14, 11-19-2013)
