Unless otherwise clearly indicated, all words and meanings within this chapter shall be the same as found within title 10 of this code:
DISTRIBUTION LINES: A. Electric power lines under thirty five (35) KV;
B. Telephone lines between an exchange and subscribers and telephone lines between exchanges served on a cable basis;
C. Pipelines for natural gas or other buried pipelines not exceeding eight inches (8") outside pipe diameter;
D. Other underground communication lines; and
E. Cable television (CTV) lines.
ESSENTIAL SERVICE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS: Distribution lines and such other structures or special structures which are used together to make such a system. (Ord. 55.1, 9-5-1995)
