1-11-7: PRESUMPTION OF PURPOSE OF SALE:

For the purpose of the proper administration and enforcement of section 1-11-3 of this chapter, it shall be presumed that all retail sales for delivery in the city are for storage, use, or other consumption in the city until the contrary is established. (Ord. 2006-20, 6-6-2006)
