7-3-4: PENALTY:
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2010-12, 8-2-2010; amd. Ord. 2023-024, 10-17-2023)
