To establish an official plan for a coordinated address system for locating 911 emergencies, maintaining continuity in addressing throughout the city and future annexed areas, for providing for the administration thereof. This plan is intended to be compatible with the 911 emergency telephone system established by Minnesota statutes, chapter 403. (Ord. 2004-3, 1-20-2004)
