A. Parking Restricted: Except as provided below, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle or be permitted to stand upon any street during a snow emergency as follows:
1. On a snow emergency route for a period of twenty four (24) hours from the declaration of the emergency;
2. On any other north-south street on any odd numbered days;
3. On any other east-west street on any even numbered days;
4. On any other street contrary to the directions designated on any signs posted by the city road superintendent.
B. Snow And Ice Cleared: The prohibitions of subsection A of this section shall not apply on any block after it has become substantially clear of snow and ice from curb to curb. (Ord. 41, 4-3-1984)
