A. Prohibited: No person shall drive or cause or knowingly permit to be driven or moved on any road in the city any vehicle or other object of a size or weight exceeding the weight permitted as indicated by signs that have been posted at each end of such road.
B. Penalty: Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 24, 3-10-1973; amd. 2002 Code)
