A mobile vending permit may be revoked by the city at any time for failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter and conditions of the permit. The provisions of this chapter are not exclusive. Revocation may be based upon good cause as authorized by this chapter but shall not preclude the enforcement of any other provisions of this code or other food, fire prevention, health, safety, county, state and federal laws and regulations.
