3-20-10: COMPLIANCE WITH PERMIT:

A. Unlawful To Exceed The Scope Of The Permit: The mobile vending permit authorizes the permittee activities only as described in the permit, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the permit. It is unlawful for the permittee to wilfully violate the terms and conditions of the permit. (Ord. 2016-015, 5-3-2016)
