A. Regular Meetings: A regular meeting of the council shall be held on the first and third Tuesday of each month, beginning at seven o'clock (7:00) P.M., central standard time or central daylight time, as appropriate.
B. Special Meetings: Special meetings of the council may be held from time to time upon call of the mayor or any other two (2) members of the council, with the time of the meeting to be set at the time it is called.
C. Location: All meetings of the council shall be held in the city hall unless the council, for sufficient cause, at its discretion or because of catastrophe, may declare that a meeting be held in the Baxter school. Such regular meetings as are held in the Baxter school shall be held at the same time and on the same day as the above scheduled regular meetings.
D. Holidays; Election Days: In the event of a conflict with a legal holiday or federal, state or city election day, the regularly scheduled meeting shall be set ahead to the first business day following the day of conflict. (Ord. 1.3, 4-3-1979)
