The city may impose reasonable conditions to a license renewal to protect the health, safety and welfare of the general public. In connection with an SRCVP, the council will consider the following matters and impose restrictions to protect the general public and the residents of property adjacent to the property where the licensed activity is conducted:
A. Management of the SRCVP;
B. Adequacy of off street parking facilities;
C. Compliance by the applicant with other applicable provisions of this code; and
D. Other factors deemed necessary by the council. (Ord. 2006-24, 8-1-2006)
