3-19-9: DEVELOPMENT AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
The owner or operator of any SRCVP shall develop and maintain the operation in compliance with the "Baxter Seasonal Recreational Camping Vehicle Park Policy Manual". Failure on the part of the owner or operator or his employees to comply shall be deemed a violation of this chapter. (Ord. 2006-24, 8-1-2006)
