3-19-5: LICENSE FEE; TERM:
The license fee for each year or any portion thereof shall be as set from time to time by the city council. Licenses shall be issued for a period of one year, from January 1 to December 31, expiring on December 31 of any given year. (Ord. 2006-24, 8-1-2006)
