3-19-3: LICENSE REQUIRED:

No person shall engage in the business of operating an SRCVP without first having obtained a license hereunder. It shall be unlawful for any person to continue to operate any SRCVP unless they hold a valid city license. (Ord. 2006-24, 8-1-2006)
