3-18-9: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2021-004, 4-20-2021)
