5-3-7: PENALTY:
Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 28, 10-18-1977; amd. 2002 Code; Ord. 2021-006, 4-20-2021)
