§ 51.22 BOND AND INSURANCE.
   When the City Council deems it reasonably necessary in view of the applicant’s proposed services, equipment, experience, and training, the City Council may require, as a condition of the issuance of a license, that the applicant furnish bond in an amount determined by the City Council for the performance of the licensed activity in accordance with all requirements of law, administrative regulation, and this code. The City Council may, in addition to or in lieu of bond, require that any licensee file with the Clerk/Treasurer a policy of insurance in such kind and amount as the City Council determines.
