(A) Any person desiring a license shall file an application with the Clerk/Treasurer in the form prescribed by the Clerk/Treasurer. The application shall state the name and address of the applicant, the type of equipment to be used, a schedule of rates to be charged for the services to be provided, the place to which the refuse is to be hauled, and such other information as the City Council may require. No person shall make a false statement in or concerning any application.
(B) The City Council shall, by ordinance, establish the license fees to be charged. It may provide for the proration of fees for licenses issued for a portion of a license year. Payment of the required fee shall accompany the application.
