§ 51.06 RECYCLABLES.
   Recyclables shall be kept in suitable containers or bundled neatly. The containers or bundles shall be kept in an enclosed building or otherwise screened from public view. Recyclables shall be disposed of at a recycling center or otherwise disposed of whenever the containers are full or when space for the bundles is lacking.
