§ 50.096 LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
   Any person violating any provisions of this code relating to the water system, the sewer system, or any other municipal utility, and any person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to any municipal utility, shall be liable to the city for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned thereby. In addition, the customer, owner, lessee, occupant, or person in charge of the premises may each also be held liable if the expense, loss, or damage could have been avoided by due care on their part.
