§ 50.062 RESPONSIBILITY FOR SERVICE LINES.
   The water and sewer service lines connecting the property service with the city water and sewer mains, including the portion of the line in the public right-of-way between the main and the stopbox, shall be owned by the owner of the property served. The owner shall be responsible for all expenses of their maintenance, repair, and replacement.
