§ 32.041 PUBLIC WORKS COORDINATOR.
   The City Council shall appoint a Public Works Coordinator, who shall receive such compensation as the City Council may fix and serve at the pleasure of the City Council. The Coordinator, subject to direction of the City Council, shall have control and supervision of all affairs of the Public Works Department, the Water and Sewer Department, and shall have such other duties as the City Council may provide.
