The Planning Commission shall elect a Chairperson and a Vice-Chairperson from among those of its members who are not appointed from the City Council and may create and fill such other offices upon the Planning Commission as it determines. It shall provide itself with a secretary, either by election from among its members or by the appointment of any officer or employee of the city who is not a member of the Planning Commission. Terms of all elected officers shall be for one year, or until their successors are elected and qualified. Any officer shall be eligible for reelection.
