§ 150.20 SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, OR REPAIRS.
   (A)   (1)   All sidewalks hereafter constructed, altered, or repaired shall be of sufficient width, not less than that of the existing sidewalk, for the pedestrian traffic using it, shall be built or rebuilt on the grade then established and shall be built with the outer edge on a straight line as nearly as possible.
      (2)   All sidewalks shall be constructed, altered, or repaired with a good grade of cement, shall be properly troweled, and shall otherwise be of good materials and work.
   (B)   The City Council may by resolution adopt any further requirements for the construction, alteration, and repair of sidewalks. From and after the adoption of any such requirements, all sidewalks constructed, altered, or repaired shall conform to the requirements.
