§ 131.02 INTERFERENCE WITH PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION.
   No person shall remove any barricade upon any street or other public property, or otherwise interfere with any construction upon any street or other public property. Nor shall any person walk upon, drive upon, or ride over or across any street or sidewalk construction which has not been opened for travel.
