§ 131.01 INJURY TO PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   No person shall cut, deface, mark, or engrave any character, figure, letter, or name upon any building or structure owned, occupied, or used by the city. Nor shall any person in any manner mar, deface, or injure any tree, shrub, plant, vine, or any public property in any park, or in or around the grounds of any public building.
