Events in this walkway must comply with the requirements of this policy. For those events in this walkway that are time sensitive and the deadline for requesting approval from the City Council cannot be made, the City Council will allow the Clerk/Treasurer to determine they have met the requirements of this policy, including insurance requirements and the Clerk/Treasurer can award the permit. All other events in this alley will need to have City Council approval for the permit.
