The City Council shall, by resolution, establish dates for regular meetings of the City Council and establish when a regular meeting shall be held if the date established falls upon a holiday. The Clerk/Treasurer shall keep a schedule of the regular meetings of the City Council on file at the city offices. If a regular meeting will be held at a date, time, or place different from the date, time, and place stated in the schedule, the Clerk/Treasurer shall give notice of the meeting the same as that required for a special meeting, except that notice shall not be required for City Council members in attendance at the meeting at which the change was determined.
