§ 110.35 PREMISES OPEN WHEN SALE PROHIBITED.
   If any portion of any premises having an on-sale license of any kind is open to the public when sale is prohibited, the part of the premises where alcoholic beverages are kept shall be locked against access by the public during the time that the premises are open while sale is prohibited. This requirement shall not apply to any premises which are open no more than a half-hour after sale is prohibited. Any licensee, regardless of the kind of license held, whose premises are open to the public when sale is prohibited, shall comply with all requirements of law, if any, which apply to licensees whose premises are open to the public when sale is prohibited.
