§ 110.28 DURATION.
   A license, other than a temporary on-sale 3.2% malt liquor license or a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license, shall become effective on January 1 of the year for which it is issued, or such later date as is requested in the application or as the applicant complies with all requirements of law and of this subchapter relating to issuance of the license. The license shall expire on December 31 of the year for which it is issued. A temporary on-sale 3.2% malt liquor license or a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license shall be issued for a specific period, which shall be stated on the license.
