§ 110.22 SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION TO COMMISSIONER.
   Within ten days of the issuance of any on-sale intoxicating liquor license, the Clerk/Treasurer shall submit to the State Commissioner of Public Safety the licensee’s name and address and trade name, and the effective date and expiration date of the license. The Clerk/Treasurer shall inform the Commissioner of any transfer, cancellation, suspension, or revocation during the license period of any on-sale intoxicating liquor license. The Clerk/Treasurer shall also submit to the Commissioner any other information required by law to be submitted concerning any license or permit of any kind.
