§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating a provision of §§ 91.01 through 91.06 is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine per occurrence plus the costs of prosecution in any case.
