For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
NON-MOTORIZED SCOOTERS. A two or more wheeled platform that usually has a handle, and is meant to be stood on. It is also meant to be propelled by manual power such as feet or hands.
SKATEBOARD. A four or more wheeled platform that is meant to be propelled by manual power such as feet or hands.
