§ 53.08 SERVICE REQUIREMENTS.
   The Public Works Coordinator shall establish such service requirements regarding the size, nature, and laying of water service pipes and making connection with the public water system as may be reasonable or necessary for the safe, efficient, and healthful provision of water service.
