(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating § 50.06 shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct.
(C) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided in § 50.08(A) shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time, for each day in which any violation shall continue with each day constituting a separate offense.
(D) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 50.10(E)(1) shall guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $20, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time, for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
(E) There shall be a fine for tampering with manhole covers, unlawful dumping of waste, or damage to any sewage plat or collection system component, as follows: the fine for each instance of tampering is $500, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time.
(1) The fine does not limit prosecution and recovery of damages by other means, including but not limited to a lien on the property.
(2) Collection fees, legal fees, and court costs related to recovery of damages are to be paid by the perpetrator.
