(A) Utility fees. The town requires the following fees be paid by any developer/owner within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. The table below summarizes base utility connection fees for obtaining sewer service.

(1) The total amount to be paid by the developer/owner shall be the sum of the connection fees, inspection fees, and impact fees.
(2) Sewer fees shall be determined by water service line size.
(3) The amounts shown in the fee table above reflect costs associated only with making sewer utility connections.
(4) Rates for sewer connections without water service shall be paid for at the assessed required water service line size.
(B) Design review fees.
(1) The town requires that the following base fees be paid by the developer/owner to the town for design services within 30 days of receipt of the invoice:
(a) Preliminary design plan review: $2,000, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time; and
(b) Final design plan review: $3,000, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time.
(2) The preliminary design plan review fee shall be used to pay for the review of the submittal. If the preliminary design plan review fee is approved by the town and developer/owner proceeds with the project, the unused balance of the fee shall be returned to the developer/owner. In the event the preliminary design plan review fee exceeds $2,000, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time, the developer/owner will be responsible for paying the difference between the $2,000, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time, submitted and the actual review costs prior to the approval of the preliminary/conceptual plan.
(3) The final design plan review shall be used to pay for the final review of the submittal. If the final design plan review fee is less than $3,000, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time, the unused balance will be returned to the developer/owner. Should the final design plan review fees exceed $3,000, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time, the developer/owner will be responsible for paying the difference between the $3,000, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time, submitted and the actual review costs prior to final approval of the construction plans.
(C) Re-inspection fees. Any additional costs for re-inspection due to deficiencies or inadequacies in the construction shall be the responsibility of the owner/developer. Re-inspection costs will be billed to the owner/developer monthly and shall be due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. The town or an independent entity selected by the town shall determine the re-inspection requirements.
