§ 31.21 TIME OF REGULAR MEETINGS.
   The regular meeting of the Town Council shall be held on the second Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. If the second Monday of the month falls on a holiday, then the meeting date will be on the following Tuesday at the same time and place.
