§ 150.01 DISPLAY OF ADDRESS NUMBERS.
   (A)   It shall be the responsibility of the home or business owner to provide a current visible address on the main structure and mailbox (if applicable).
   (B)   The number on any mailbox shall be in compliance with any applicable postal service regulations.
   (C)   The numbers on any structure should be at least three inches in height. The color of the numbering must be in contrast with the background.
   (D)   Numbers should be placed on the main level of any structure and faced toward the street and placed near an entryway. An address should also be placed facing an alley way if the backside of the structure faces it.
   (E)   Owner/occupants shall have 30 days to comply with this section after it becomes effective. Following an initial warning, the owner/occupant will have ten additional days to comply.
