§ 91.06 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Town Marshal and his or her assistants to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Town Marshal and his or her assistants to pick up and impound any animal running at large upon the streets or other public places in the town in violation of § 91.04.
