(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating the terms of § 90.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined the sum not to exceed $300, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each and every day during or on which the violation occurs or is permitted to continue.
(C) Violation of § 90.02(A) shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time, for the first violation, not less than $50, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time, for the second violation, and not less than $100, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time, for any subsequent violation. All fines assessed to be payable to the Ordinance Violations Bureau.
(D) Any person or persons shall, on conviction for the violation of the provisions of § 90.03, be fined a sum of $50, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time, payable to the Ordinance Violations Clerk pursuant to Ch. 35.
(E) A violation of § 90.05 shall subject the violator to the following civil penalties:
(1) Initial violation in a calendar year is a civil penalty of $50, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time;
(2) Second violation in a calendar year is a civil penalty of $100, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time;
(3) Third violation in a calendar year is a civil penalty of $250, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time; and
(4) Subsequent violations in a calendar year are a civil penalty of $500, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time.
(F) Violation of § 90.06 shall subject the violator to a civil penalty of not less than $25 and no more than $100, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time. Each day a violation of § 90.06 occurs or continues is a separate and distinct violation of § 90.06. The town may seek enforcement by court injunction that the violation cease.
