(A) Standing or parking close to the curb. No person shall stand or park a vehicle in a roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway headed in the direction of lawful traffic movement and with the right-hand wheels of the vehicle within 12 inches of the curb or edge of the roadway except as otherwise provided in this section.
(B) Signs or markings indicating angle parking. The Town Traffic Engineer shall determine upon what street angle parking shall be permitted and shall mark and sign such streets.
(C) Obedience to angle parking signs or markings. Upon those streets that have been signed or marked by the Town Traffic Engineer for angle parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at an angle to the curb or edge of roadway indicated by such signs or markings.
