(a) No City officer, employee or agent shall discriminate against any handicapped person in the delivery or provision of services or in the conduct of programs or activities by the City.
(b) All public meetings and hearings shall be held in locations physically accessible to handicapped individuals.
(c) Any auxiliary aide or consideration required to provide handicapped individuals equal access to services, programs and activities provided or conducted by the City shall be provided in accordance with revenue sharing guidelines and other applicable laws and regulations.
