284.02 FUNCTIONS.

The Battle Creek Unlimited Development Review Board shall review project plans to determine their adequacy and conformity with the covenants contained in the deed restrictions, in connection with Fort Custer Industrial Park, and is hereby authorized to grant variances where unusual hardships and practical difficulties exist.
