284.01 ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby established in and for the City a Battle Creek Unlimited Development Review Board. Such Board shall consist of five members who shall serve until their successors are appointed by the City Commission. Three of such members shall be members of the Battle Creek Unlimited Board of Directors and two shall be administrative officers of the City.
