222.05 ACCEPTANCE OF UTILITY EASEMENTS; CONTRACTS FOR UTILITY AND STREET LIGHT SERVICES.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept utility easements and to enter into contracts for utility and street light services and extensions of such contracts.
