City Manager
   EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 283, passed June 4, 1996, authorized the City Manager to administer the Battle Creek Revenue Controlled Budget (BCRCB) in accordance with a budget policy set forth in such resolution. Copies of this resolution may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk.
