11-8-19: COMPENSATORY ACTION:

In lieu of or in addition to enforcement proceedings, penalties, and remedies authorized by this chapter, the authorized enforcement agency may impose upon a violator the performance of community service requirements, such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, creek and/or river cleanups, etc. (Ord. 16-46, 9-19-2016)
