A. Prior to the recordation of any final plat approved after September 17, 1990, a fee of seventy cents ($0.70) per linear foot of streets within a prospective subdivision shall be paid to the city for the plowing and cleaning of said streets prior to their acceptance by the city.
B. Any development charge for plowing and cleaning of streets prior to September 17, 1990, shall not be charged in excess of that sum representing thirty one cents ($0.31) per linear foot of streets within the subdivision multiplied by the number of winters the city has provided snowplowing services. | 1 | 1. The requirement of the payment of the fee described in this section shall specifically apply to any subdivision within the city which contains streets which have not yet been accepted by the city, and to any and all subdivisions approved in the future. |
