11-1-2: JURISDICTION:
Wherever any subdivision of land shall hereafter be laid out within the incorporated limits of the City or within contiguous territory and not more than one and one-half (11/2) miles beyond the incorporated boundary of the City, the subdivider thereof or his agent shall submit both a preliminary and a final subdivision plan to the City. Said plans, proposed improvements and all procedures relating thereto, shall in all respects be in full compliance with the regulations hereinafter contained in this Title.
All lands offered to the City for use as streets, highways, alleys, parks and other public uses, shall be referred to the Plan Commission of the City for review and recommendation before being accepted by the City Council or any other governing authority. (Ord. 873, 2-3-1958)
