The provisions of the 2006 edition of the international fuel gas code published by the International Code Council, 5203 Leesburg Pike, Suite 600, Falls Church, VA 22041-3401, not less than three (3) copies of which have been and now are on file in the office of the city clerk of the city of Batavia, Illinois, are hereby adopted together with the special regulations listed herein modifying said international fuel gas code as the regulations governing fuel gas installations, maintenance, and control in all property, buildings, and structures in the city of Batavia, Kane County, Illinois.
